First of all, no matter how early or how late of the day, a text message could always get a reply. Whenever there's a new property on the market, Ryan always tried his best to schedule the earliest possible date/time that matches our availability. When touring around the new property, he listened to our comments and cared about what we do like and what we don't and he was adjusting his search accordingly the next time. Quite a few times, Ryan informed us of some new property that was very close to what we are looking for. Sometimes when making an offer (s.a. in the best and final run with other competing buyers), Ryan gave us a candid estimate of how much the winner's bid would look like, and his estimate turned out to be pretty close even if our offer amount is not promising to win the bid, he showed a great support of our decision, at the same time, he tried the best to make our offer more attempting by suggesting other options we are comfortable with. As he told us very clearly that he wanted to ensure we won't make a purchase of a property that we have any doubt about or at a price that we don't feel like.
